AFTAC Alumni Association Membership Information

AFTAC Alumni Association

The Association was formed in March 1985 and chartered later that year (here's the ByLaws). It was created to provide a forum for those who wish to maintain an ongoing connection with the organization and its people, both active-duty and retired. Membership is open to current and former employees of all organizations associated with Long Range Detection (LRD) -- AFMSW-1, 1009th SWS, AFOAT-1, 1035th FAG, and AFTAC, and any subordinate field detachment.

   You do NOT need to be an Alumni Member to register yourself here.
Just search for your name and then click the "Add New Person" button at the
bottom of the search results if you don't find yourself.
   We want to get ALL AFTAC'ers in this database....

Joining the Alumni Association...

To join the AFTAC Alumni Association do the following:

#1 - Add yourself to our locator database by going to the Member Locator
#2 - "search" for yourself.
#3 - Click on the "Join the Association" link at the bottom of your locator information
#4 - Print the application page
#5 - Snail-mail the application along with your membership dues.

In the future we plan on enabling you to join on-line (but we have to get the billing software worked out first).
